This pasta salad is ideal as our summer turns to autumn, making the most of prime fig season to create a showstopper dish in under 15 minutes. To celebrate our Ocado launch we have created this recipe using some delicious September, purple produce. Check out all of our products on Ocado.com
Ingredienti
Serves 2
1 Lemon
5 Ripe figs
100g Soft goat's cheese
50g Halved walnuts
Bunch of Parsley
1 pack of Sunny & Luna Lentil Tagliatelle
50ml Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper
Preparazione
Chop your figs into quarters, crushed your walnuts into bit sized pieces, break apart the goats cheese and combine into a serving bowl
Zest and juice one lemon, combined with olive oil and season to taste
Cook the Sunny & Luna Lentil Tagliatelle in boiling water for 3-4 minutes. Rinse in cold water as soon as it is cooked.
Combine all of the ingredients and dressing together in a bowl and top with a bunch of chopped parsley.
